Convalescent Center

Our mission is to provide the highest quality of health care services while preserving the dignity of our residents. We are committed to providing our residents and family members with professional, compassionate services in recognition of the emotional, social, and spiritual needs of each individual resident in a home-like atmosphere to enhance their quality of life. We are dedicated to creating and maintaining a supportive work environment for our employees, and expanding services to meet the needs of our community.

We are a 44-bed skilled long-term care facility. The facility is designed to protect the health and safety of residents, staff, and public. The center provides a clean, comfortable, and home-like environment for residents. The halls are lined with photos of Elders of the past.
We accept many forms of payment which include Medicaid, Insurance, and private pay. If you are unsure of the procedures for applying for funding, we have staff on hand to assist you.
We serve persons in need of our services without regard to ethnic background, age, sex, or religion.

Activities

Each month's calendar is filled with activities including resident council meetings, games, cultural films, Bible study and Mass with Father Jake, exercise, music and beauty care, birthday parties for residents, lunch outings, and shopping outings.
