Brandi (left) and Cheyenne (right) are the CHRs working in the Inchelium area. While visiting clients, they  do medication management and also pick up from local and surrounding area pharmacies to deliver medications to clients as needed. As CHRs, they conduct home visits to check on clients' living situations to ensure safety as well as assisting with light household chores or any needs in the home. Clients range in age from birth to elders depending on their needs in the community. They are both excited to be able to focus on getting back out to do things in the community after being isolated because of COVID and are proud to serve their community as CHRs.

They do some local transports and coordinate with Rural Resources, Special Mobility Services and Catholic Charities to assist with rides to medical appointments. Brandi and Cheyenne also assist clients with any type of applications or paperwork they need filled out and faxed to local programs. Brandi has completed the Tribal Assistor Program and can assist individuals enrolling and finding insurance plans through Washington HealthPlanFinder.

Brandi is new to the CHR position, but spent 13 years working in healthcare field at Lake Roosevelt Community Health Center with the last 5 of those years as a Certified Medical Assistant. Through that work experience, she knows the community well and sees many of the same people. Cheyenne has been a Certified Nursing Assistant for 6 years and spent the last 2 years working in the CCT Convalescent Center in Nespelem.
