Community Health RepresentativesOur Community Health Representatives work in each district to provide at-home services such as wellness checks, some types of prescription delivery and health coaching. We can also arrange transportation to medical appointments if needed.

Speech & Language Therapy
Communication is how we think, feel, and express our ideas, wants and needs. It's how we interact with the world. Several events can affect speech and language abilities throughout a lifetime from prenatal exposure to drugs and alcohol to traumatic brain injuries and listening to loud music as an adolescent or adult to strokes or dementia at a later age. Culturally sensitive assessment and screening is the first step in getting the help needed to improve communication.
