The health and well-being of the Colville Tribal members is of the utmost priority for the tribal leadership, and the most sacred trust the membership can bestow upon the leadership of the tribal council. The health and wellness of tribal members encompass the mental, physical, emotional and spiritual elements of life. The CCT Tribal Council are committed and invested in reducing health disparities by promoting a range of health services that incorporates indigenous cultural modalities to best serve the tribal communities.

988 option 4 serves all Native people living in Washington or calling from a Washington area code, including American Indians, Alaska Natives, First Nations, enrolled tribal members, and unenrolled descendants.

The Native and Strong Lifeline is free, confidential, and available 24/7/365 for people experiencing a mental health crisis, substance use concerns, or emotional distress. The resources and support are centered on Indigenous people's traditions, wisdom, and lived experiences.

Call 988 and choose option 4 to connect to an all-Native team who is familiar with historical, intergenerational trauma, self care and more traditional elements. Chat or find more resources at 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline. The 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline responds 24/7 to calls, chats or texts from anyone who needs support for suicidal, mental health, and/or substance use crisis, and connects those in need with trained crisis counselors.

Veterans Crisis Line - You don't have to be enrolled in VA benefits or health care to call. Access free, confidential support 24/7, 365 days a year. ​Call 1-800-273-8255 and Press 1 or Text 838255.

The StrongHearts Native Helpline, (844) 762-8483, ​is a confidential and anonymous culturally-appropriate domestic violence and dating violence helpline for Native Americans, available every day from 5 a.m. to 8 p.m. PT.
